The staff is great. Except for the young man at the front desk, with dark hair. He's rude and asked questions about why I need my service dog. It's obvious he doesn't like animal's. Ignore him. The rest of the staff isn't like that. He worked the evening shift.

Worth the Price for a No-Frills, Comfortable Stay If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-maintained motel at a fair price, this Days Inn fits the bill. The Positives: • Spotlessly clean rooms and a welcoming, spacious foyer. • Staff are genuinely friendly—we felt like regulars even though some of us were first-timers. • Free fresh-baked cookies at check-in were a sweet surprise. • Showers deliver strong water pressure, which is often rare in budget stays. • Queen beds are firm but not rock-hard—comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. • Modern touches throughout: Each lighting fixture includes both AC and USB plug-ins. • Bonus amenities: Large screen TV, big window, microwave, full-size refrigerator, desk and chair. • Quiet rooms—no hallway noise or neighboring room disruption. • Coffee machine dispenses very hot coffee (heads-up: it’s hotter than most hotel brews!). The Negatives: • Breakfast is... minimal. Don’t expect a full continental meal. • Pool and fitness room were once again “down for maintenance.” This has been the case every time we’ve stayed—over the past 3 months and 3 years ago. It’s safe to say these are permanently out of order, so don’t plan on those amenities being available. Bottom line: If you’re after a clean, safe, and affordable room with great staff and practical perks, this motel delivers. Just don’t count on a full breakfast or working pool.

Good environment was quiet mostly had some dogs barking and the swimming pool was unavailable unfortunately. All in all I felt safe better than staying in town theres taxis and hard to understand the front desk clerk

I stay here a couple of times a year. It’s clean. Staff is always friendly. Good value for the $$. One tip: if you have even mild mobility issues, make sure you request a room that is accessible by elevator or on the ground floor. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor which is only accessible by stairs and had to shlep up and down the stairs to get to the lobby and the ice machine. We are older and can do stairs but if you’re carrying luggage or hot coffee, it’s not ideal!

A clean, surprisingly quiet, modest place to stay for a night when we're in Spokane for an event. We go to local diners for breakfast so can't comment on that.

Rooms were clean, was in town for a tournament we rented this location for the pool, breakfast and fitness room and sadly it was out of order when we arrived. Breakfast was oatmeal, premade mini waffles, boiled eggs and toast. The kids said it was total school breakfast :( Not too bad but could improve overall for sure. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

Great place to stay for a night or four in my case. Excellent friendly service in a well located spot in Spokane. Competitive pricing and clean rooms and the bathrooms are immaculate. TJ did our check in and his calm and cool focused style was so needed after such a hectic day. It brought my Day to a pleasant conclusion and check in was a breeze. Sadie, in the a.m. was a real pleasure to chat with as well as helping navigate extending my stay, keeping the same room and it took only moments. I not only would recommend, I will be staying here again.

I stay in Missoula MT at least 18 days out of the month . I had bad experiences with other motels in this area. The day I checked in here I knew I found where I’d always stay. The night manager Sandra is 99% the reason I’ll stay again and again, she’s helpful, friendly, sweet and funny. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the price is hard to beat! Trust me, go meet Sandra and you’ll find the place you’ll always stay !!
